Cancelations & Refunds
Order Cancelation 5 days before the actual delivery date

If you are canceling the order minimum 5 days before receiving the product (router) as specified on the order delivery date, we will make you a full refund.

Order Cancelation 3 days before the actual delivery date
If you cancel the order minimum 3 days before receiving the product as specified on the order delivery date, we will refund you 70% of the value of the order.

Order Cancelation within 48 hours before the actual delivery
If you are canceling the order within 48 hours before receiving the product as specified on the order delivery date, we will refund 60% of the value of the order.

Order Cancelation within 24 hours before the actual delivery
If the cancelation is taking place 24 hours before receiving the product, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund 50% of the value of the order.

Refunds (if applicable)

In a scenario where our product failed to perform or it malfunctioned, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund if applicable.
Once your order is received back and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund will get through between 5-10 working days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@uzwifi.com.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@uzwifi.com with
below information.
(1) Exchange reason
(2) Exchange area (Tashkent airport, Tashkent station, Samarqand Airport or Samarkand Station)
(3) Exchange Time (Please, be specific)


Returns

The router should be returned back on the last day of your rental plan in the specified area that you chose during your order. If you think you will be late to return the product for a few hours or want to extend the usage, then make sure to notify us at support@uzwifi.com. If you do not return the order on the last rental day or do not notify us about usage extension, we will request compensation as below (Before Insurance Deduction) :
