Please book at least two days before your delivery date. The minimum rental is three days, including delivery and collection dates.

We deliver to and collect from hotels and residences across Uzbekistan. Delivery and collection are free in Tashkent city, and $10 each elsewhere. You can choose different delivery and collection addresses.

Switch on the router, select its WiFi network on your phone, tablet or laptop, and enter the provided password.

Choose the free powerbank option when booking. There is no rental charge. Return it with your router and other accessories at the end of your rental.

Yes, contact support@uzwifi.com before your rental ends. Our team will help with extensions, changes or cancellation requests.

Battery life depends on the device, signal and usage. Battery life is typically around 6–8 hours, depending on the model. Take the free powerbank for longer days out.

Optional insurance costs $10 per device for the whole rental. It reduces damage and loss charges, but does not remove all liability. Check the damage and loss table when booking. Contact support promptly if anything happens.

We use UzMobile’s network, with coverage in major cities including Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva. Our routers support high-speed 4G/5G internet. 5G coverage is limited to parts of major cities; the router uses 4G where 5G is unavailable, subject to network coverage. Coverage and speeds can vary, especially in remote areas and between cities.
